Ingredients
3 medium potatoes (boiled)
2 medium carrots (boiled)
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 cup cooked chicken or bologna (diced)
1 cup pickles (diced)
1 cup canned peas (drained)
½ cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Boil potatoes, carrots, and eggs; cool and peel.
Dice all ingredients (potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles, meat).
Combine in a large bowl with peas.
Add mayonnaise, mix gently.
Season with salt and pepper, chill before serving.
